Based up on other guys expereinces on Forums, If you get a good officer to talk to then he might give info llike NC cleared, backgrouond cleared or pending, it's ready to adjudicate,etc..

You can get 140 approved with Eb3 and when that date is current in Eb2 category you can go for concurrent 140/485. I dont think you need to have two 140's approved right now.

EB3 with PD 4/03 is pretty good when you are considering to switch to EB2. Get an 140 approved in EB3 category first, then priority date becomes yours. By taking that 4/03 PD you can try switching to EB2.
