    Hi, I have a question on converting from h4 visa to F1 visa. Iam planning on getting it stamped in india. What my doubt is, If i do not get my F1 visa stamped in india can i come back on h4 again? Or My h4 visa is going to be canceled? Can anyone throw some light on it?

    the date of procesing for non rir (AZ) at sf dol is september 2003 , they have been there for quite a while(since Nov 03). I don't have hopes they are going to move our queue. Lets see.
