Sep 2000 case still waiting
Same experience:
Talked to an IIO about 3 months ago and was told that the case was
assigned but the IIO did not know when. Then when I called about 1 months ago I was told that the case was never assigned.
I see no value in talking to IIO except getting an...
NSC RD=ND=09/00. Still waiting...
NO RFE, Not CP approved case. I don\'t know what the problem is.
Have not yet contacted a senator/congressman.
Those of you who contacted a senator/congressman, do you think it is better to have the company to do it, or a personal contact is OK?
ND=09/00. (Not one of those approved for CP cases)
There is probably some kind of a problem in my case. I posted a question on this board asking if there were any non complicated (non CP) cases with ND=09/00 but none replied. There are probably none.
I will have to contact a congressman in...
I don\'t know when mine got assigned because IIO wouldn\'t/couldn\'t tell me when
apparently it was no more than 2 months ago since that is when I spoke to an IIO last AND the IIO told me something definite. It was not assigned as of that time.
I talked to an IIO a few days ago. She said that the case was just assigned to an IIO. Do you have an idea how long it would take for them to process it? My ND is Sep 25, 2000. ( one of those old cases).
Do you agree though that NSC do less I485\'s then they used to?
It still seems to me that unless NSC makes I485 more of a priority our "outlier" cases can take months to get processed?
NSC did seem to temporarily raise the priority for various kinds of applications including I485...
Observation 1. It seems to me that NSC is processing very few 485 applications right now. This is just based on approval messages appearing in this forum as well as the data from immitracker.com. Or is it because there were fewer applications with RD\'s and ND\'s from Sep 2000 - Dec2000 so they...

LIN represents the ND not the RD. At least this is how it is in my case.
9/13 ND would be LIN 257. According to you, your LIN is 276 so your ND should be 10/2/2000 and that is the date the AVM should tell you.
Unless I am missing something...

I think it is the ND. Because AVM says "your application was received . It takes 360-390 to approve such a petition". So since they don\'t mention the RD it must be irrelevant.

1. For my FP the driver\'s license was enough.
2. The person taking yoiur FP may tell you something about the quality of your FP but it is really up to the FBI.
HTH
Very common situation. Husband went to get his FL done. They said that his lines are not sharp (blurry) in the middle of his fingers. Will it be enough for FBI to reject them?
Next morning we called FBI about the result, but we were told that they send it to NSC and refused to tell us if it...

So, INS was unable to give you any info? Is is because :
1. they do not have access to it
2. they won\'t give it to you over the phone
3. they did not receive it from FBI
We\'ll call INS on Monday and try to talk to an officer. We\'ll see.
