Comments.. The lawyer told us since we married at the very end stage of 485 process, the INS may / may not approve for spouse like 50/50 chance.But I was told in in Sheela Murthy Chat converstation that ifthe primary applicant is married even before one date of approval then there is no problem.

Can someone please let me what are all the procedures of getting green card for spouse... if married during 485 process..In my case I got approved.We want to know what are the ways of getting green card for my husband because we just got married ...just few months before the approval.
