Interview scheduled today was breeze for both of us. No slots available for this Thursday's (9/23) Oath ceremony. Officer mentioned it will be in October and USCIS will mail the notice date.

semi, don't worry.. DOE on my passport is the date 485 approved... I explicitly asked the officer and he explained that it's the date of adjustment of status and nothing to bother.. So, I guess for CP, it'd be the DOE (the date of entry to US).

I tried going early to San Jose office but the officer near the gate didn't allow me to get in. They used to do that earlier but after 10/1/04 (or 11/1/04 ??) only people with infopass appointments on that day are allowed. Atleast at San Jose and I'm not sure about other places.

If you've not scheduled an appointment via Infopass, do so fast.. The docs I've taken are: 1) I-485 Courtesy approvals (that you'd recieve in regular mail) and originals (your lawyer would recieve).. But the officer just took the courtesy approvals and returned the original approvals back to...

My 140's LUD was changed first on 9/13, then on 9/24 and then on 9/27. For I-485 (both my spouse and mine) was changed on 9/24 and then on 9/27 but the message is same for all. LUD on 9/24, I guess the cases were updated since I called them on that day.
