J-1 to GC?
This is a moot point now, but I'd like to know anyway. So here goes. My wife is doing her medical residency on a J1. Can I add her to my 485 application? If yes, what happens if my 485 is approved before she completes her residency? Is the 2 year HRR requirement waived, or is she still...- prrao

Stamping experience, Cleveland
Got 485 approval emails 10/14. Got courtesy copy 10/20. Got original copy from lawyer on 10/22. No specific interview date mentioned in letter. Instructions were to use InfoPass and show up on any M, T, Th or F bet 8AM-4PM. Made an InfoPass appt for 2:30PM today. Showed up a few mins before...- prrao

485 approved--Dec 2002!
Just got the approval email about an hour back. RD 12/19/2002, ND 01/23/2003, FP1 03/2003 Early FP2 09/10/2004 (sch 10/05/2004) LUD updates 06/16/2004, 10/14/2004 (approval) No RFE's, address changes etc. :)- prrao
