Oh No. Maybe I am posting this in the wrong forum. He is a Indian citizen living in India and he has a US visa and that is expiring.

Hi, My Dad's Visa is expiring soon. They stamped it only for 6 months. Is there any way of extending it if he cannot travel in that. Is there any repurcussion if he doesn't travel during that period like will they deny it if he doen't come now.

My Dad had applied and got a visitor Visa in Chennai consulate only for 6 months. I was hoping for 10 years. What are the alternatives I have now? Can I appeal? or do something about it.

G731 I sent a g731 to California Service Center sometime in Mid Dec and still they have not replied as to when I will get my card. Any idea how many weeks/months/years they take to reply the g731?

Is this form for tracking the actual green card? Then why is it mentioned I-551. I thought 551 is PP stamp. Can you please clarify?

Had my and my wife's passport stamped yesterday without any problems in Atlanta. They took photos, I-94, EAD, AP and the 485 approval notices. Was done in two hours. She said we will get the card in 1 -3 months. No LUD on my 485 though.
