Hi Gurus,
I know this is probably going to be contentious issue. But, I am trying to get a good reading of how spill over works. Per visa bulletin
So for EB3, the text says "any number not required by first and second preferences". I take it to mean that EB3 and EB3 should...
Delays in H1 extension approval??
Hi all,
My extension was filed with a RD of 26th May - but I am yet to receive the approval, is anyone on a similar ship? My lawyer sucks, just wanted to check if there are others with similar issues and what is being done.
Thanks,

Hi,
I am never going to support AILA ever again. I think they were one of the major causes in the breakup of the legislation. I dont know, but last couple of days I have been getting mails from senators and congressmen about "my views on H1 and L1". WTF!, I never did send any mails on...

Getting desparate here!. Sorry about the dumb question, but is the cutoff dates based on some legislative law, or is it just an operating procedure which USCIS used to manage their workload?
Thanks,

Posting on Murthy's site says that dates will not move for the rest of calendar year 2005 ... which means USCIS is basically holding us hostage for 6 months. This SUCKS.

Hi Gurus,
I fall under Chennai jurisdiction for all my visa needs, however I am planning to give a try in Kolkata or New Delhi, however I heard that Kolkata/New Delhi is not a slam dunk case for non locals (of that area). I am wondering if any of you have tried multiple appointments (one...
