We recently got approved and received our approval notices. The lawyer also forward the notices he got. We went for PP stamping and gave the notices we got (though we also had the notices the lawyer forwarded us). They didn't say anything. Of course, we are still waiting for the cards but...

We had our 485 approved yesterday. (EB2, ND Dec 2003. Details posted in another thread). We need to take Infopass appointment. Now, do we have to take two appointments (one for me and one for my wife)? or can we take one appointment for both of us? Please advise. Thanks.

Good luck. There is a good chance that yours might be approved once it is in EB2 stack, provided everything else (like security checks) is in place.

Finally we are approved. We recieved emails last night (May 11th, 2005) saying our 485s are approved. It was more a relief than joy. 485 ND was Dec 2003 EB2. (our PD was Jan 2002) FPs done in Nov 2004. Had a problem with our applications being placed in EB3 stack instead of EB2 category...

Don't remember the RD but ND is 12/22/2003. Wasn't thinking about sending an expedite request. I called last week and thats when I got to know.

same here too This is unbelievable. It happened to my case too. The person who I talked to at VSC said they are going to move it to the right bucket. And I left it at that. My 485 ND is in Dec, 2003. Sometimes, I feel as if they put a bunch of cases in the wrong bucket to push the dates...
