Mine was filed in May 24, 2006 and still its pending. Its been 709 days since it was filed. I don't know when they are gonna take this case for processing.

I efiled I-140 second time with my PERM LC online and it went to Texas center. If you do paper filing then sometimes it goes to TSC and most of the time it goes to NSC. Efiling always goes to TSC.
