The Price of Freedom is Eternal Vigilance

No Title Bongo, I agree with you on this one. Vigilance does not end with getting the greencard, there are still mistakes you can make as a permanent resident. Note that vigilance is the middle name of other organizations including the ACLU, http://www.aclu.org. Be warned that the ACLU is a...

Good news for interview people: card received Jan 2002,

No Title Do you mean besides the AVM @ 949 831 8427? When appropriate a good immigration lawyer will also send a fax inquiry. I am out of the loop with which cases are being processes right now so it is difficult for me to judge how old your case is compared to similar situations. Good luck!

I received my plastic card in the mail after 1.5 months from the approval. I was out of town, so I do not know the exact date nor do I have the accompanying form at hand. Either CSC started to process cards faster or interview people are on some special track - this can also be an isolated...

Interviewed at San Francisco three months ago but still have not heard anything from the Office

No Title 1. Locate your local rep. Some of them have web sites - start from the main congress web site or google. You should be able to find a phone number in multiple ways. They are not trying to hide from the public, on the opposite. 2. Call them. They will be very polite and patient, return...
