My I-140 was just approved on Jan 26/2005. My EAD was approved Feb 1/2005. They are now working on my I-485. I just got a RFE. Don't know what for yet but I'm assuming medicals and the VISASCREEN. Whooo Hooooo.
Maybe the end is in sight. What a concept. :D :)
From 10-25-04 to 11-13-04 NSC approves 436 cases.
Go under how is USCIS doing recently. There are 02,03, and even some 2004 cases aproved.
