Guys Which is the best place to get the EAD/AP Pictures clicked. I know USCIS is very picky on the pictures and it does not take much for them to reject one very easily.

AILA enquiry is done through an attorney and most reputed attorneys should be able to do it for you but do keep in mind that do an AILA enquiry you have to know the date you called USCIS, the name of the person you spoke to and what did they say to you.

I have gone through the exact same problem and even my I485 case does not pull up online for both me and my wife. I called back in Nov 2006 to do an address change and they said they cannot find it and transferred me to another agent and she said she found our cases and did a change of address...

I cannot use that address as that is a PO Box address and I am sending via Fedex so isnt there a different address if you are sending your documents via fedex?
