LUD changed after 3 yrs GC was approved
Does anyone know why my I-140 and MTR LUD changed after 3 yrs GC was approved and card received? I travelled out of the US already a couple of times and no problem at the POE.
What would cause the LUD to change?

Yes, my wife went for her biometrics appt in Oct 2005. This is before they asked her to mail the wrong card and proof that it was an INS error. Maybe this is because she filed before the rule or procedure changed.
