my LUD changed a few more times( 5 times total) and finally card mailed on 1/19/05

multiple LUD's lead to card ordered had many LUD changes, the last one with a message change - card ordered. incidentally the LUD of prior EAD cards also changed to 1/14/05 with no change in message. i returned the old EADs when i stamped my passport.

how do we find out what priority dtaes are current for EB2 and how can i track when they retrogress?

Eta-gc A few people on the tracker i.e. jhakas, labor052001 and abhi_c have got the i-485 approval on the same day of fingerprinting! Is this accurate?

congrats congrats tiger2025 my story seems very similar to yours as far as the dates of the i-140 /i-485, i-140 rfe and approval, 2nd ead and fp .am scheduled for FP next week. hope i get a quick approval like you. what did they ask for in the 485 RFE? did u go early for fp?

finger printing dates updated on tracker got finger printing notice ..scheduled for 10/27/04. i heard hartford does not really allow early FP, so waiting to get it done on scheduled date. did anyone in this forum get it done early in hartford? 1-485 ND 8/03

i have a scheduled FP in hartford for 10/27/04 ...seems like most places allow early finger printing. am planning on going earlier ..let me know if u did that too.

you can apply for your own i-140 /i-485 even with teh current one pending or u can with draw the current one . should not affect your wife's current i-140 /485 application

hey: that must be why u got your pp back sooner. i did not use the bar coded version as i was having trouble printing it . i could enter the info and then when it was time to print the website was freezing. maybe there was some trouble with the website at that time. i sent the regular pdf...
