To Jitup: It's not about I-140 but about LC. Could you check the status of your case on AVM. I'm wondering if they're updating AVM database. I checked a couple of cases from 12/07 - 12/10 and it seems they have the last update on 07/02. Thanks.

245 backlog I agree backlog is over after DOL. There is a simple reason. The number of cases approved by SESA, DOL, INS each day is pretty constant. E.g. SESA probably issues 100 approvals/day, INS I-140 - 300 etc. 245 cases made a huge backlog at SESA level, but after that SESA forwarded cases...
