E-mails on Last Updated Date Change You don’t get an e-mail when last updated date changes. My AP/EAD dates changed from 4/30/2004 to 5/4/2004 and possibly it is due to checks the in cashed. No e-mails.

Way to resign If one has employment offer, how he / she should resign. Giving a resignation tells a lot about the 'intent' of applicant and on the same line it says that current employer is not going to offer an employment upon I485 approval ! Is there a way to draft resignation letter ? :confused:

My lawyer posted EAD and AP on 04/26/2004. RD is 04/27/2004. ND is 04/28/2004. They took the money from my account on 04/30/2004 ( Old Fee ). Wonder why don’t the process the rest with the same speed !! :o :confused: :( :eek: :rolleyes:

AP when H1 is valid Let me make myself clear. If I have valid H1 then is it OK to use AP ? Does H1 transfer have any affect on I485 ?
