Just saw both of us (applicant & derivative) received a soft LUD on 1/22. Anybody has the similar experience lately?

I strongly believe the reason that many old 04/05 cases like mine being held off is the expired/expiring FP. Have requested to TSC a few times lately for the new FP notice, but still didn't receive anything yet.. Anybody else has successful experience on this?

My case is subjected to the retrogression starting this week and I had 2 consecutive LUDs from yesterday and today. Anybody has the similar experience? Called TSC last Friday and was told no visa number was assigned yet. Wonder what's cooking up there ... ....

It seems most of the cases approved in recent weeks have PD older than 2004, especially for the VSC-TSC transfered ones. How about our 2005 cases? Should we only come back to check again in Oct?
