As a response to my status inquiry, I received a response saying "Adjudications should occur within 60 days" Does this mean that our name checks are cleared?

I received an e-mail response from CSC last week that they will be mailing an RFE on my 485 (no LUD change or message change yet). Does that mean that all security checks are cleared and I should expect an approval after responding to the RFE?
