Guys, i just went to the oakland service center and they did not let me do the 2nd FP..said it was too overdue.. instead they told me to obtain a new appointment by going to the SF district office..seems too vague.. would u think it will help if i just do fax inquiry and request for a new...

i have received RFE for the ff: EVL, personal and company's IRS stamped returns, company DE-6 with job description for each employee, proof of current status, W2s, and YTD pay stubs wac 02-073xxxxx RD: 12/30/01 HOPE THIS HELPS!!!! ;)

finally, I talked to lawyer yesterday and advised me to renew EAD asap.. also response to RFE will be forwarded next week..Im praying hard everything turns OK..
