LUD update I140 - May 28 2003 to May 03 2004 I485 - Oct 03 2003 to Apr 8th 2004 to May 03 2004 LUD changed to May 03 2004 when Ohata Memo was released. Probably since FP was cleared by that time, all 3 apps where put in the same shelf.

Oh No The link also goes back to June 23rd 2004 now. Looks like USCIS reverted back the file. I noticed that I140 EB1 C - has moved to June 20 2004 I485 has moved to June 12 2002.(I am sure its June, but not sure if it is 15th or 12th.) Sorry.

Guys! In this forum we saw atleast 3 or 4 cases and I know one of my friends has got an approval or welcome notice, but still their I140 is pending. Probably this is applicable for those cases, I guess. Any thoughts??
