My lawyer received a word from TSC that our application will not be eligible till 2007. The reasoned is that it will be 5 years from the time I140 was approved. What is that all about???????

Just received th eword from TSC that they are basing our 5 year underserved from the time we apply for I485. We've been serving in MUA since 1995!!!

I received a letter from USCIS that my inquiry will take them 6 months to complete. !!!!!!!!!!!

Any update on your case? Mine still the same. My lawyer now is strongly suggesting suing them! I couldn't seem to go thru another process again.

Has anyone sued USCIS for delayed I485 approval? I've exhausted all efforts 2 AILA inquiry with escalation. Numerous CS, congressman and senatorial inquiry. My lawyer is now contemplating to take the nuclear option. Any experience will be appreciated.
