Jupitar, One of my friend had same issue. He is using the friends address in NY and continuing the same and living in NJ. Hope it helps.

Only way is send email to FBI and wait for 4 or 5 moths. Will get reply for your mail about the status. Search this forum there hundreds of posts on this issue.
