Hi pacha card I also got my EAD approved. It was approved in 10 days from the receipt date.Have also received my EAD cards.

My LUD for 140 had changed on March 2nd and I applied my H1 extention in Aprill in Premium Processing.There has been no LUD changes on my 140 in April. Can someone please tell if my 140 is still active. Chintamani

Hi pacha card I had sent my 7 year H1 extention papers and have received an approval for 3 years .Also I have received my EAD and AP renewal receipts last week and there have been no LUD changes on my 140 and 485.Do you think my 140 is still active. Thanks chintamani1

Hi Pacha_card, Can u please let me know when you got the NOID(RFE) ? Was it immediately after you filed the EAD (within how many days) and got the receipt. Also what is the msg update for the I-140 now. I have applied for my EAD/AP renewal this week and am waiting for my receipts.

Only my 140 and mine ,spouse and child's 485 had an LUD change.There was no change on my approved EAD's and AP's.

I have still not heard anything and there is no way I can find if my ex-employer revoked my 140. I did send G-28 when I sent my AC-21 papers and my lawyer says even he has not heard anything Thanks

Hi GCdeewana I called my ex-attorney and the present one, but they both said they have not received anything .Its been more than a month now, what could be the other reasons for LUD change Thanks
