I doubt if you can find your case number exactly using this scanner. But you could track the cases on this date, and get a rough idea of the progress of cases filed in the same date as you. Again, always take the information from this scanner with a grain of salt. The information only gives you...

Well. Here is my theory on 140 processing within NSC. I think all the cases processed by CIS are done in a layered manner. Every case is progressively checked to see if it meets the specified requirements. And the requirements increase in complexity as the application crosses each level...

Well. I just looked at the copy of my application packet sent to Mr. Terry Way. And the cover letter from my lawyer clearly indicates in bold, that my 140 and my AOS applications are being filed concurrently. But the Form I140 itself does not appear to have any mention of this information...
