Oct 25..485 approved I just received approval emails that mine and my spouse's 485 have been approved on April 11th. Good luck to all you guys waiting...Finally we are out of this ordeal...this forum has been awesome

Oct 25th 2004..I 140 approved Just got email that my I 140 has been approved on 4/7/2005. My details EB2 Labour cleared August 2004, 140/485 filed October 25 2004. EAD approved Dec 2004, AP approved January 2005, 140 approved April 2005. Waiting for any news on 485.

I 765 approved I just got an email from USCIS that my I 765 (EAD) has been approved and a card is mailed to me. No update on 140/485 140/485/765/131 RD 10/14/2004; ND 10/25/04; FP done 11/19; FP approved 11/25; EAD approved 12/29/2004

Did any one from October RD receive EAD atleast. Looks like things have slowed down. Also, any news about the suspension of EAD for EB2s from January?

I got my FP done on 11/19, evening. Today I received an email that the results of the FP were received by CIS and processing resumed blah blah.... Is it normal that the results reach CIS in 3 days coz 19 was Friday.

My attorney sent an email that he sent the envelope on 10/14/04, My PD is 10/25/04. So it took about 10 days to get the receipts

I talked to my attorney yesterday and he said my approval may expected in the next 4 months. My RD is 02/17/2003. He said that***031 cases are taking longer than the others.

Keepfaith! GP is right. since DOL is not updating AVM, the only way the lucky ones know about their approvals is from their attorneys which will take 2-3weeks typically. so keep faith.

What is AVM saying this Monday? I called many times but it kept on ringing with no response. Did anyone get a chance to call ? If so is there a progress?
