I am trying to extend the B-2 visa for my mother. I have a few questions
1) On the I-539 form, what means "Address in care of"?
2) For part 4 regarding 3g. "Fully describe how your are supporting yourself. Include the source, amount and basis for any income".
If my mother claims that she...
I received my green card a few days ago. Five days before the green card was ordered, I called the national customer service center and told the officer that I did not receive the green card after 2 months of I-485 approval since I was a little anxious to get the card. The officer told me that...
I got my passport stamp on 05/26/05. The passport stamp reads
ADM: 05/10/05
I-485 approval: 05/26/05
However my I-485 approval date is 05/10/05. Did the officer
make a mistake by switching the admission date and I-485 approval
date? Does it matter? Anyone has similar experiences?
Thank...

I have a question. After I get my green card, how soon can I change to a different field? Will this affect citizenship application? Does any of you have similar experience? Does the officer who conduct the naturalization interview really care what type of job you work after GC?
Thank you very...

Category: I-140 processing
Why is the I-140 processing under national interest waiver in VSC so slow (the processing date for NIW is about 1 year behind the EB3 category)?
Let's bet what is going to happen to processing dates for NIW and OR in Vermont center which have been staggering at June of 2002 for almost a year.
My guess: they will stay at June, 2002 for another 6 months, and then progress 15 days, and then stop again ...
I guess we all suffer from the slow (may be stopped) processing of NIW and OR. I have a suggestion on this issue. It may not work out but it is harmless to give a try.
If you go to USCIS website --> feed back --> comments on immigration procedures, you can write emails to complain the current...
In the new processing dates report the NIW and OR stay at June, 2002. it seems that the processing dates will stay there forever.
Anybody gets NIW or OR with ND after June, 2002 approved?

see www.shusterman.com
i heard that it is harder to get LC under PERM but it is much faster
than the current system
