    It is not unusual.... you and your wife applications are treated as a seperate entity, but usually they move together. But sometime one lags behind and it is **not unusual** for the dependent to be approved first. Your will follow shortly. Cheers.

    Full speed is correct. CSC is the best, for now. I think INS San Jose will be a model INS for the nation (i think it already is....); clearing backlogs, getting the plastic card in 20 days.... :-))

    Help PLEASE. Working on EAD and no AP, travelling outside US

    AP is multiple entry. If you have used EAD, you "got to" have AP to travel outside USA. Apply for it ASAP. Depending on the region, you might be able to get it the same if you walk in to the SC. Talk to your lawyer.

    Hi, I have my fingerprinting schedule at San Jose, but reside in PA. I am going to San Jose, but which address should I give on the form that they ask to fill up before FP. Will it be a problem if I show them PA driver\'s license? Or can I just show the pasport? All my 485 processing is done...
