It is not unusual....
you and your wife applications are treated as a seperate entity, but usually they move together. But sometime one lags behind and it is **not unusual** for the dependent to be approved first. Your will follow shortly.

I gave the local WestChester addresss. They were ok with that. They just asked me if all my paperwork was from California. The fingerprinting experience in San Jose ASC was excellent. They see that the fingerprinting is done correctly and also a supervisor inspects it before they let...

The best thing to do is get married ASAP. It is your life-partner or GC, you decide. But dont do anything foolish like withdraw and re-file......
AP is multiple entry.
If you have used EAD, you "got to" have AP to travel outside USA. Apply for it ASAP. Depending on the region, you might be able to get it the same if you walk in to the SC. Talk to your lawyer.

I have my fingerprinting schedule at San Jose, but reside in PA. I am going to San Jose, but which address should I give on the form that they ask to fill up before FP. Will it be a problem if I show them PA driver\'s license? Or can I just show the pasport? All my 485 processing is done...
I had a collection problem which is resolved, but I have a pending civil lawsuit for some non-payment. Will it affect in 485 approval process?
