This case has been approved...........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just got a bunch of emails...I think the journey is finally finally over..a dream that turned out to be more of a nightmare...starting out sometime in Feb 2001..
Thanks for all they guys here for all the support...this has been a...
Can a new employer file a fresh 140 based on the ex-employer's LC? How would it work if one were to switch using EAD and file a fresh 140? If that works, it might work out to the applicants advantage since then you might benefit from the stupid pilot program!
Thats because its the long weekend - for you and me, it usually lasts 3 days..for INS, it runs thru mid Jan of the next year...post Labor day, post Haloween, post Thanksgiving, post Christmas and New Year....
I think this is what is happening - they are scrolling through the list and are approving the cases they can approve easily(read - applications from big companies)...its' like the situation when you tackle the least difficult jobs first and then convince yourself you have done a lot of work(the...
Its most probably a scam - i cant believe they processed a month's worth of applications in 10 days...its a copy and paste error - check the line right above that - it has the same date.....
One more reason we really need to push this hard(HARDDDD!)

If the employment based priority dates regress and the i140 is not approved, you dont need me to tell you what that means.
No movement on 140 dates again! I think they have stopped processing 140s and 485s and are busy compiling these statistics and putting them up every 10 days...

The only wac thats moving is the whack i get on the side of my head when i read the updated processing times..no other wac is moving....oh yes - the pilot program wac is also moving
Dont know when this happened but theres' been an update on my 140 app message-
"It is taking between 360 and 360 days for us to process this kind of case"
I guess can expect it read 720 to 720 pretty soon....
Thats a grand idea..only problem is they will ask you to file an application to retire and remove them , and once you have done that, they will say "your application has been received and its currently taking between 98670 and 98670 days to process this kind of application" :D
