I have fixed the issue in the power-scan script. Anyway don't rely on the original for first scans as it may skip good cases.
Now... if there is any VB programmer willing to take on from where I left the new version of the scanner, I'm willing to share the code - but beware, it's NOT a beginner...
Re: Method to the VSC ... method ...
I don't think so; if it were something like that we would have seen quite constant numbers in adjacent months; most likely it goes by the disordered stack of files that is more handy to pick..
Re: What does week column signify ??
Let's take for example January:
2390 cases unfinished
71 approved+4 withdrawn+22 transferred=97 "done" in 1 week
2390/97= 25 weeks (24.63)
Of course, this is just an estimate at last week's rate (which - as we know - in not quite a constant value)

To some questions that came about missing cases: I have noticed that too while doing some re-scans, the original...
Weekly update.
Quite a high number of done overall, but not where they should be. Sorry for the look of the report this week, I'm sure SBCTSUBLC will make a nice one from the data that we have...
You are missing something: FP-related are not approved... no matter what we consider "touched", approvals are still being made at the same rate. And "touched" doesn't mean approved by any means, just some info has been changed in that file.
