Yes, the message says that RFE is issued on 22nd April.

INS has issued a RFE on my 485. It was issued on April 22. I have not received any notice so far. Hopefully it will go to my attorney directly. Mine is Oct'02 case. Thanks

sorry I put the wrong approval date. It was 30-sep-03.

I140 approved I checked the status of my I140 and it says that the case was approved on 30-Sep-02. I filed concurrently and Notice date was 10/14/2002.
