I just called the 1800 number and the lady said TSC is currently processing 485 as of 11/07/2002. She said there has been a mistake in printing the processing dates!! Just like Texas!! So now if your ND is before 10/07/2002 only you can call..

My friend is on H4 Visa and her H4 visa extension is valid from May 2004 to Mar 2005 and DMV in NY is refusing to issue license saying there is less than 1 year on the H4 extension. They are so dumb they are saying tell INS to give you extension for 1 year. As if INS is waiting to hear from us...

Finally my I140 has been approved. ND 17th July 2002 Category EB 2 Subs Labor Appoved Date 22nd Dec 2003 No RFE.
