Part-time employment after getting the GC

Anyone? Any ideas? That's what I found on Attorney's Murphy site about Change in Salary (because basically that's the issue with part-time) "The economy is not a constant. We have seen in the last two years that the salaries for many high tech positions have been reduced. The dramatic...

Part-time employment after getting the GC

I have a hypothetical question: what happens if after you get your GC the business situation of your employer changes and instead of firing you he just offers you to work part-time at the exact same position stating that as soon as the situation improves he'll have you back full-time? Will you...

    What Is Happening @VSC

Thank you! Actually, WOM didn't take long - it went very smoothly. I filed in June but was able to serve the summonses to the US Attorney only on July 3. The defendants had 60 days to respond. A week before the deadline I was approved.

Anyone with a lawsuit against USCIS or thinking about a lawsuit (Merged)

Guys, there are only 2 weeks left before my 60-days deadline. My attorney only called the AUSA once - and the AUSA didn't say much except that he is going to check in with us closer to the deadline. As of today he hasn't contacted us yet  Judging from this AUSA track record in PACER I'm...

They can dismiss your case saying that visa is not available to you. Though if you look several pages back in this topic, you can see that there were indeed cases where people were approved retroactively. Tricky.

Interim EAD Denied - I-485 'on hold'

No, I think you're wrong. You are eligible for EAD and Ap even if your PD is not current. Just because you have a receipt for I-485.

KJ, shop around. Those are really high end prices. I paid around 3K. And I'm in Boston, which is pretty expensive

Is VSC stopped processing I-485 applications???

Nastena, same thing happened to me. They put the wrong PD on my already approved I-140. It took me several weeks, numerous phone calls from my employer and AILA inquiry through my attorney to fix this. They issued me a new I-140 with the correct PD eventually.
