NIW cases and AC21
Hi, As far as I understand that AC21 only apply for Labor Certification/I-140/I-485 cases (employer-sponsored cases). How about NIW or EB-1 cases which are self-sponsored, no employers involved, which means that as long as you have an I-140 approval or I-485 receipt you can change employers any...- Jian Yang

Hi, My online status says: It will take 570 to 600 days for us to process this kind case. The date is counted from priority date or from the date the receipt was issued? Any information would be appreciated.Thanks.- Jian Yang
