I checked AVM in the Morning'. NOF was issued to my case on 01/21/2004. I will post details once my lawyer get that info. RD DOL : 08/18/2003.

Checked my Status, It's Still Received Status.

congrats to all who's LC got approved. Also three more cases from my company got approved , RD Dts are 07/10-/07/14 2003.

Is AVM Working?I get Busy tone every time i try.....

i checked the AVM few minutes , no updates on my case.

My Lawyer says that cases applied to SESA in the Last 12 months will not come to this rule, so under Phily DOL, cases from Harrisburg SESA, Delaware SESA will be treated differently when compared to cases from VA, MD SESA Offices, Is it True?

I Talked to my about new rule and he told me that this rule will be applicable to backlog applications but not to those applied to recently( may be 1 year). Any one had any ideas,Is this true?

So far I did not receive any notifications. I will contact my Lawyer on Monday. One question: will State SESA asks lawyer or company regarding posting ads.?

Mine was also moved on same day... But I do not have any info related to my case. I was pushing my company to find about it. Hope I get some reply from them

one Labor is approved from my company on 10/15/2003. it was moved to phily dol on 08/04/2003 and a NOF was issued in aug last week. It is related to IT Job.

nalc, Find From Your Employer about status of your case. Based on that we will know exactly what's going on?
