AVM is saying that my case was certified on March 09 2004 My DOL Priority date :Dec'02 2002 DOT Code- 999.132-031 Bay area small company with no Layoffs

Hi Guys, When i call the AVM system, i get a message that my case number (142 XXX) is not found.Does the system only keeps the information of the current month cases only?. Or is something wrong with my case. Thanks, Kmd7186
