i too got my "welcome" notice dt. 6/28 and got stamped (giving photos and FP) on 7/9... yday i received the usual approval letter dt. 7/9 ... and only yday my online status changed ... clearly the system is so screwed up... also the officer who filled out our forms and took the FP's...

I got this "Welcome to U.S" letter by mail on sat... i thought it was all over... It does say that my application for perm residence has been approved. We will soon mail you a new Perm Resident Card. You should receive it within the next 3 weeks.

i'm due to apply for my 2nd AP as my first one expired. I saw some postings giving the address to apply as P.O. Box 30114 Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-0114 whereas my first I-131 recept notice has address of P.O Box 30111 which PO Box should I send the application to... is this a big deal ?
