My original RD is 07/30/05. I never receive any RFE. :mad:

Will our case transfer to TSC? long time ago, I inquiried about my case and received a letter from CSC said they will transfer my case to TSC, so now I donot know where my case is, because I never received letter to notify when my case was transfered.

Mine 140/485 RD is 07/30/05 still waiting. I'm really curious what on earth is USCIS doing? So many filed recently has been approved, just left those filed long long ago there. :mad:

I dont know. because my RD is july, so I had required info about it. USCIS mail me a letter to say will send to TSC, but I donot know if it had been sent to TSC.

Today received a email, it wrote : the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued. Does it mean the cases is approved? thanks

yeah, and they replied there was no visa available. I dont know what it means, and I called customer service, they said i could get reply in one month. but now it's nearly one month, still no information.

but I know many people whose cases are much before 01/2003 havenot received result.

Could anybody tell me what " LUD change" means? I see my last update changed, but status didnot change, is this LUD change? Thanks a lot.

yeah, i filed 140 & 485 together. i dont know what pd is, it's EB2. and i'm from retrogressed country? so what do you mean?

140 Visa? just now USCIS said that my 140 case is still pending since visa is unavailable. i'm confused that 140 need visa???????

Thanks for your advice. yesterday I called service center, the woman told me now processing date for EB2 is Aug 16. I can only check my case after one month. :mad:

why some many August tracker people got 140 approved? mine is July, and I still havenot got any message.
