Thanks Thomas. Yes, I mean the petitioner. I've seen Petitioner being called for interview in Spouse case (USC filing for Spouse). Not seen much for parents case (USC filing for Parents).

Title says it all... Does USCIS explicitly ask the sponsor to be physically present for parents GC interview? Does the interview letter mention this? If the sponsor is not available during the interview, can someone else attend the interview for translation? TIA!

In form I-485, Part -3 section, there is a question "Give you name exactly as it appears on I-94". My parents wrote their first name and last name intercahnged in I-94. Should I write the correct name in I-485 or exactly how it appears in I-94? TIA!
