Just for the kicks, all those guys who got approvals recently or are seeing LUD activity, can you post the approximate time when you got the mail, saw activity? Could be generic like AM, PM, after 7PM etc. I am trying to make some sense out of it instead of checking the status every 2 minutes...

Just wanted to check if anyone has more info on this. If you are contributing to 401K, to withdraw you pay 10% penalty and the the taxes as per your income bracket, say 30%. But what happens if you migrate back to your home country and withdraw the minimum to not pay taxes, say 10-12K per year...

Don't understand the logic!! My previous EAD was valid until November '04 and the renewal is issued from Aug '04 to Aug 05!!! First they want you to apply in advance and then they take off few months, even before I can rest, I have to start thinking about applying for renewal in couple of months...
