well... My EAD expired July 31. My employer was going to file the usual way this March. I heard it was taking between 4-5 months to get H1 so I wasnt sure if I should file that way or go for Premium processing. What do you think? Is there a risk here? Have any of you got it in more than 4 months?

I am in the US now and would need to get the H1Visa stamp. My F1 visa is from Madras consulate. Do I have to go back to Madras consulate to get the stamp or I can obtain the visa from Delhi too? Does the place matter? Please let me know. Thanks
