Did 2nd FP for self and wife on Aug 20th at SJC ASC. FP results received for me on Aug 27th and spouse on Aug 30th. LUD changed for both but no email notification, notification is turned on. Will update this page if more changes come in, (Hopefully an approval.) :rolleyes:

My name in the systems atlest as far as the FP is concerned was wrong. It is true that my name on AOS receipt is correct.

My AOS receipt does have the correct name and so do the EAD and Parole. Lawyer is refusing to ask USCIS and says it is not necessary as name is correct on AOS receipt

There was a time when approvals were few but there were trends that we could see from a great guy's (kashmir) reports. Now we have approvals flowing in but no reports/ trends so we don't exactly know how many people from what period are getting approved. USCIS is also not helping either as...

Can you please post the fax message that your lawyer sent, like what he filled out in the inquiry form. Bcoz I have tried asking them to expedite my request previously and they have denied it. Did your lawyer just send in a inquiry sheet or did he put in any special circumstances or reason to...

I think uscis is trying to outsource some of its work like the IIO, call center and application screening to private contractors, dunno if this is good or bad in the short term. May be I should start a call center and company in India and try to get the contract.. :D

My touch date did change. I sent in the fax request on Apr 30th. The touch date changed to May 7th. However I did not get any email. Intresting thing was that the postal stamp on the envelope was May 6th. So touch date may not reflect the exact date (not that we care or it does not matter)...
