I have a similar situation. Its been about a year since my approval but spouse approval is still not received... any ideas how to get traction on that?
I don't think its a common name problem. definately not matching typical names that u would guess ins might be looking out for.

Unfortunately they took 1 AP in Bombay and then the other one in LAX so now we don't have any left.
Its not a big issue since it was expiring in a couple of weeks anyways.
