i submitted photos that were taken in accordance to what INS needs but i forgot to cut them to the appropriate size. Any idea will this affect me getting my card ?

Hi, went for my passport stamping at Boston INS last friday. We reached there at 9 in the morning, our turn came at quarter to 12. The office took our approval notices, 2 photographs, EADs, Advance Parole documents, stamped our passports and said that the cards should arrive in 6 - 12 months...

i had a medical RFE too. no more RFEs received. It was received by BCIS on 3/22 and approved on 4/1. U may want to expect the same the fact that ur second Fp is also done. I believe they will have everything current. U should be approved soon.....I definitely hope

can i go to get my passport stamped on a saturday ?

my case was approved on Apr 1st..when i can expect to see one in the mail

Approved....for both my spouse and myself.....got an RFE for medical...the website was updated on 3/22/04 and today evening the msg said that the case was approved..that makes it approximately a week and a half after RFE was recd...i had checked the msg at around 4 this afternoon..the msg still...

I visited India last oct...Newark-Paris-Mumbai...no transit visa required....

my 2nd FP was done on Jan 8th, msg updated on Jan 10th... RFE recd on March 5th...sent reply on march 19th..msg updated on mar 22nd.... lets c how long the wait is

my 485 is still pending. In the I134 form, in point 1, it asks whether i am a lawfully admitted perm resident, if yes, give A number...should i fill this section or not ? Thx for the help

I saw the changed message this morning....i do not know the contents of the RFE as yet. I believe it would be a medical one as both my wife and myself did not take some vaccinations as she was pregnant at that time. lets c

i beleive u should be able to do it anytime within 6 months after the date too. This is my assumption. If I were u, i would go to the INS office and see what they have to say, u have a valid reason for not doing the FP on the specified date.

it is mentioned in the FP doc. The FP doc + ur id. U may want to carry ur EAD/receipt notice but i dont think they look at it. I did mine to Manchester NH last month.
