If you filed I-485 with the supplement form under 245(i), are you eligible for Advanced Parole?

If you filed I-485 with the supplement form under 245(i), are you eligible to file and received the Employment Authorization Card (EAD)?

When it says it usually takes between 30-60 days to process this type of case. Do they also include the weekends as part of the days or just only weekdays or both to process any application received.

I filed my I-485 March 20th, and I just got my receipt notice today for me and my wife. I got the receipt notice for my AP and EAD last week. It looks like Texas center is doing a good job now. Mine is EB3 from a country in Africa. Good luck to everyone now.

How soon would I receive my advanced parole. I got the receipt number for March 24 and it said it would take between 30-60 days for approval. Has anyone receive an approval less than the 30-60 days or longer. With my AP on hand, can I travel without the EAD card.
