The system is deliberately designed to function the way it does, inefficient, wasteful and overwhelmingly bureaucratic, not too mention incompentent. Think about it. Right now it can take anything from 3 to 5 years or more to get a Greencard in the EB2 or EB3 category. Or even much longer...

I know you feel hurt but it's better to just move on, no point in expending more time and effort in seeking some sort of revenge, it'll just aggravate you more and keep you further away from regaining your peace of mind. Just my 2cents.

rvd - you need to call the Service Center and find out what's going on, open a service request at least, with your PD and EB2 category you should have had your GC sometiem last year.

What if you have one I485 filed from Employer based application which has been pending for several years and then you apply a second I485 based on marriage to a US citizen, then whichever I485 gets approved first you keep and the one still pending you withdraw. Is this possible?
