3 affidavits 1 each from mom/dad and 3rd one from old friend or elder brother/sister or relative who has seen you from birth. Any documet which has DOB or father's name just send it. I did the same thing. I might have produced 7-8 documents. HTH

lulx-co in that case u'll have to get 3 affidavits from ur family & not found certificate from registrar/department of death/birth in nagar nigam(municipal) office of ur district/city. Your affidavits should support the date OB u've reported in ur application & passport.

Akash Sharma you might wanna check the registration date on the BC, if its of recent years then it won't work. If its of year close to your birth then it will work. Search for my RFE thread by my name amcom and see what i did there. HTH. Kamal

Actually my lawyer rcvd RFE and then i asked her to fax me that. I think she rcvd it in a week or so. I hope you get it fast and its a silly EVL or copy of 140 which you can send in no time. Kamal.
