I would say do not worry too much about the ticket(s), but If possible try to get the receipt and the summon that you were issued. Present them to the IO when specicically asked for traffic tickets.
I was told by my IO that traffic violation is not abig deal but He did looked at my summons...
I was in the same situation. It took SS about 9 weeks to provide me with the letter.
They are very fast if you regestered with them if you have not then 6-9 weeks is waht you have to wait.
As far as N-400 interview , I was asked by the IO and I was able to explain that I did not needed to...

If the supporting documents are not same and there is a traffic ticket or other issues it is better to send in different packets.
If the cases are straight forward then It does not matter.

Political demonstration (non-violent) by itself is a right allowed as freedom of speech amendment. It is afforded to all resident of USA. It has no bearing on a naturalization application.
Now if violence is involved that is a different matter. Each and any arrest has to be explained by the...
I think I need to provide my background for this discussion purpose. I am a naturalized citizen based on marriage so do not have in depth knowledge of employer based process. During my recent discussion, with some of my professional friends from INDIA, which steered towards indentured servitude...
From the evidence I have it is compensation related. I think the salary is about 1/third of general wages. I think there is a site which provides this guidance. If any body can point me to the right link I would appreciate it.
Also in one situation employer did not made any attempt to...
Hmm you should be able to obtain your 2003 tax transcipt by automated system.
Try talking to a customer service (same number just opt for live person).
In the mean while you can request a copy of the federal tax that you filed for year 2003 through the automated sytem. You may have to pay...
In most normal cases federal tax returns are good enough.
But if your state provide free tax transcripts and you have time then obtain them as well. It doesn't hurt to be little over prepared when it comes to USCIS, specially when N-400 is based on marriage, then it is wise to get as many...
Just go on Google and find out the web address of the state tax authority eg type "Virginia tax" to get web address for Virginia.
The web page will have a phone or an address where you can request 3 years of state tax transcripts.

I prepared for both the test. I found out that the general content/information is same in both of them.
My personal opinion is that the way new test questions are worded may be easier.
I do think that an applicant should prepare from both test material till the old one is no longer...
This is a bad situation. If you PLAN to live in china for couple of years , then there is a high possibility that your GC may be revoked.
At the very least get a reentry permit, but from your situation it seems six month or so would not be enough. There was another post from a member with...
You do need your Indian passport. Green Card is like visa to live and work in USA. In almost all cases (except may be for Canada / Mexico) GC should be accopanied by your passport.

I stand corrected on 3 month procedure. It is a law.
From reading INA 334(a) it seems uscis can not (should not) deny the application of syriana as s/he has met and is going to meet all the continuous residency requirement as required by the law.
Interestingly INA 334(a) says 3 months...
First do not get mad at me if I am way off so here goes..
Since our experts are vigorously discussion this issue. I went back and looked up the requirement in Sec. 316. [8 U.S.C. 1427] here is the link for curious minds...
