I got my 6th EAD approved and I found that they have started giving the dates after the current EAD expiry. My PD is June 02 and this is my last EAD. I am ready to move on if I dont get the GC in 15 months.

Does any one have VSC - TSC tranfers on March 3rd still not approved, with second FP done and did AC21 at the same time. Little complicated huh :(

Being a victim of transferred case by myself, one or many folks who are in the same situation should call TSC IO these days and we should gather information about our cases. I have an INfoPASS this week, I will update it then. Atleast we will know what is going on with similar cases.

I think, this makes it interesting. When the July bulletin was updated during the first week of July, it was supposed to replace the july bulletin and USCIS said all applications will be rejected. Now that it is saying the bulletin has to be read concurrently with previous July bulletin USCIS...

I got the same IO, She was a B*****. No help, very rude. Can't believe they let people like this work and tout customer service.

Have they allocated a visa number for your case, like they told others ?

Does it take 20 to 30 mins to get a TSC IO ?

Transferred to TSC on March 3 2007, FP2 on May 3 2007. Hopefully they got the visa number assigned to my case. Iam still yet to call TSC IO to confirm that. I have send a mail to ombudsman asking to check the status. Lets see how many years I have to wait.

I see that you have LUDs very recent. May be your approval is just around the corner
