I would like to cancel my Canada PR application which is approved in Feb 2003 but I did not land in Canada.Meanwhile I reeceived my US Green card and I decided to stay back. What is the process of cancelling the Canada application and get refund of RPRF. Please advice.

Feedback Needhelp: I undersand your frustration. I have completed 9 weeks for my FP2(done on 07/13) . Infact today I completed two months.The LUD of 485 has changed twice;once on 07/19 & 08/13..no news after that..no change in the message...anybody in the same boat?

FBI name check Sanga and others, Like you guys I have completed 8 weeks of my FP 2. I was planning to send a fax to FBI for the name check but it seems we can call on 202-324-2399 and request our name check status...We have to leave meassage in the immigration section voice mail ( Option 2)...

I am in the same boat MY LUD has changed twice after FP2: Once on 07/19 after six days of my FP 2 and again on 08/13 exactly after 30 days. No change in the message or approval...best luck for your approval.
